Grabbing domains as they drop ie. watching the lists of domains that have expired and then re-registering them as soon as they are released back into the pool

Oh yeah, I know some people who've got great domains that way... you have to read it a lot...

You publish a list don't you?

We publish the IE domain deleted list, but it's not quite the same thing, as IE domains are only deleted once every two weeks, whereas co.uk domains are released every single day

Colleague is trying to get hands on a .co.uk he actually owns but due to regfly screwup, has been terminated. Where can we find a good updated droplist?

Two options:
1 - check the listings some people shove on acorndomains
2 - signup for a listing sub from one of the companies offering them (cost varies, but it's usually around £50 / month)

Hi there, you might want to check out "Unwanted-Domain-Names co.uk" (don't have enough posts to include a link) which offers daily lists of dropped domains of around 800-1500 .co.uk and org.uk domains a day.

There's also a really handy domain alert system that emails you whenever a domain containing a specific keyword drops (in realtime). Access to the alerts is free but the droplists cost £10 a month but there's a free trial for 3 days.
