I have a basic website at the moment and want to upgrade it to a typo3 site - I am doing it myself and am having problems with the template - I am following instructions but then I keep coming to blank. I tried a particular instruction link
but when it says
4) Click on "Create template for new site" then Click "OK"
I cant find where to do this
Have I missed some of the installation?
Would this be a good one for a community website - reason I chose this was because I worked on a site a couple of years ago as administrator and thought It would be a good place to start for my site!!!
A bit of advice would be great.

Have you had a look at the typo3 documentation?

Still no joy

I still am having no luck - but Ill keep at it

From a professional opinion -
Joomla, Typo2 or Wordpress - have been looking through all of these and would love some feedback from those who know - which would be recommended to set up a Business & Community website.
Have one and want to upgrade it and while Im not an expert - I would really like to do it myself. Or maybe even get someone on a freelance basis to help me. I am a bit nervous about security etc.

Typo3 help

Hi,
We've been working with typo3 at Deewhy Consultants now for a few years. I find it an excellent CMS, but involved a very steep learning curve.
There isn't the same array of off the shelf templates as for other CMSs such as Joomla, but it's a lot easier to create your own templates.
