Access to the requested web page is denied using Burst Technology Filtering Software

Hi guys,
Just came across a problem on a website I'm working on where some images have been blocked from appearing. When I try to view them I get the following message:

[h=3]Access to the requested web page is denied using Burst Technology Filtering Software.[/h] [h=3] The Requested web page is categorized as Gambling.[/h] [h=3]If you think this is in error, please contact your system administrator.[/h]
The page is used to display the lotto results of my local gaa club.

What's happening here, how do I get rid of this, Googling has returned basically nothing.
