Hi guys...

Can ye give me some feed back on this site i had to redesign. Its a boat transport site

version 2

It already had a site, and a poor one at the so this is the new version. Would like some feed back before i replace it from the origional.

I like the way the site matches the colour of the truck. Nice.


The List after "Yachts, Cruisers, Powerboats, Barges etc."
Could be improved. Instead of default bullets, put in Green ticks or something nice.

And the points themselves could be grouped in 2 lists: (that's nit picking, and has nothing to do with design.. but ....

for example:

*Yachts up to 32m in length and 60 tons catered for
*Cruisers up to 35m in length and 65 tons catered for
*Trailers from 27ft in length

Those should be together because they describe the same thing.

These should be together and come first because people "love" their boats:

*Fully Licensed and Insured
*All trucks and boats are accompanied by a dedicated escort vehicle
*Air Suspension and ABS braked Trailers for the comfort and safety of your boat

Also, the menu has a few too many options maybe - again, you could "Group" those too. On the whole I really like this design.

I'm not liking the glow behind the logo ...

some of the pictures appear a bit dull to me ...

apart from that the text feels a bit inconsisten ... could do with some tidying up ...

but its quite nice

Thank for that gary. I will play around with different bullet points and see what works best. And I will have a play with the fonts and color of the header tags to see if anything else would be better, Cheers....

Yea i know a few of the images on the top are a bit dull.(as in not very bright) but that is the image the client wanted up there. i tried brightning them a bit but it just destroyed the image to much cause they to dark.
