Can you recommend a free HTML editor?

EditPlus is really good. In theory you're supposed to pay for it but you can use it for a long as you like! At any rate, I think it's only a few dollars if you decide to buy it.

There are many editors available in the market like Frontpage, CoffeeCup-HTML-Editor, WYSIWYG HTML editor, Nvu , Xsite Pro and a few others but I still think HTML(Notepad) and Dreamweaver is the best for me.

According to me Adobe Dream Weaver is best, Because it's not only help in HTML Syntax as well as it also provide Syntax help for php, java script, XML, Ajax many more.

MS Expression Web 2 is very good, version 3 is not so hot.

I also use FileZilla to upload sites. Very fast and efficient.

There are different free editor available for html coding. these are following.
1>coffee cup
2>visual web page editor.
3>crimson editor
