Hi,

I recently launched CarList.ie - 13460 used cars for sale in Ireland, a new used-car website for the irish market. I've tried to make the site as simple as possible for end users, too many existing sites are a pain to use.

There are a number of features outline in the site tour:
  • Consistent searching with the filter bar
  • Ajax 'Starred Cars'
  • Click '[+]' beside vehicles to reveal more detail
  • Google maps integration (example)
  • View results as a list, photos or on a map
Since launching at the beginning of the year, the site's content has grown at the rate of about 1,000 vehicles per week. You can see this on the carlist statistics page.

The site's blog contains some more information.

I'd appreciate any feedback or comments.

Many thanks,
Gavin Joyce

I like it, very good site, should de well, Best of luck with it!!

I also like the way carzone allows you to list pictures results with 100 on a page.....eg

carzone listing

, Cabriolet, Price Min: â‚¬10, Price Max: â‚¬16,000, with photos - Used Cars on Carzone.ie - New & Used Cars in Ireland

carlist.ie listing

CarList.ie - 15643 used cars for sale in Ireland

Please don't me make flick through loads of pages unless your going to advertise to me along the way :D

FYI.... 10 times more content means 10 times more pages to flick through......

Besides that it's 100% so far.....nice logo!

CarList - Pretty Cool

Hey CarList

Just having a browse through your site... Just curious how long has carlist been going? You seem to have a lot of users!

Some of your cool features  is when the images open up in the centre of the screen and you can browse them. The pics are more crisp.

Also the expand buttons are good enabling you view pics in an entire menu.

Not crazy on the three links on the top though. Would it be an idea to keep links on the left???
