For ASP - www.aspin.com / www.4guysfromrolla.com / www.sloppycode.net (re-launching soon but great site)

For DW/FL/FW/etc - www.dwzone.net / www.flzone.com / www.fwzone.nethttp://www.fwzone.net

Sitepoint has already been mentioned but it is a great website IMO - www.sitepoint.com

Not a code resource per se, but a site I've found to be very helpful when running in to any sort of coding problem is stackoverflow.com.

It's a bit like a questions & answers site, mixed with a wiki - doesn't sound great, but it's one of the first places I go when I'm stumbling blindly over code issues!
