Hi,

We are launching a few eCommerce websites that will be trading across Europe. I am trying to find out what the legal requirements on a website are. For examples- terms and conditions, refunds and delivery pages etc. So basically what content we are required to have on our website so we are completely covered?

General stuff you would need:
Contact details - including your physical address
Privacy policy

Have a look at what other big ecommerce sites are doing ..

Thanks Blacknight. I did that, but I need a definitive guide of what the legal requirements are. I'll keep looking...
