Email IMAP issue

Hi,

A client who has their email hosted with UTV Internet wants his emails available both on his desktop and iPhone - so he set up on both to leave mail on server. But, emails sometime show up on one and not the other, sometimes on both, sometimes neither.. UTV Internet support didn't help him.

He has another email account hosted with Digiweb and that's syncing fine.

Does anyone here know of any issues with UTV Internet's email or what the problem might be? Any help appreciated.

Do they offer IMAP?
Are both devices set to use IMAP?

Thank you for replying to my post and sorry for not responding sooner. I think this is sorted now, they've moved hosting providers and imap is working for them now.
