Facebook delete the G+ button in IPO Video

Noticed this yesterday and put it up on SlideShare. Facebook's new IPO Video, they show an example of social sharing on the NY Times website. Interestingly, they've kept twitter but deleted the G+ one which is clearly on the real NY Times website. Ok, its just a video - but why did Facebook do this? Do they want people to forget about social media platforms? G+ too close for comfort?
