Maildir Management Tools / Scripts?

Does anyone know of any Maildir management tools or scripts?

I'm trying to cleanup a Maildir and want to remove all emails with a specific sender or subject line (or combination of both)

maildir is a group of files so grep should be able to help you
grep -H "From : user@domain.ltd"
