Mod rewrite & htaccess windows 2003

Hi guys,
I need to set up some mod-rewrite with .htaccess on my dedicated windows 2003 server for my SEO. Could you suggest any tutorials on this? Do I need to isntall anything on the server to do it?

You need to look into something like ISAPI Rewrite

mod_rewrite isn't available

Nay you wont need it with ISAPI Rewrite.. Are you using PHP? or .NET ?

.htaccess is apache specific

For ISAPI Rewrite you'd use a config file which I think is vaguely similar in format ..
