More tweaks ....

Thanks to Rollo for suggesting a couple of more addons and modifications

I've added a couple of minor features / tweaks:
- RSS - to help you subscribe to forums. Simply click on the RSS icon
- Latest threads - at the bottom of the forum main page. It's currently showing 9. Is that enough? Too many?

the only downside to that rss icon is that it's a png and won't be displayed correctly on some versions of IE
