Re-invented site needs advice

Every year I rebuild my site Bonsai.ie .

The last year has been good for the site. I am getting good ranking with the average visitor spending 34 minutes browsing. Personally I feel the sites layout is lacking something to engage even more with the user, I have an idea what, but I would like your opinion to see if I am on the right track.

It's an attractive site.
I suppose the key question is pretty simple. What do you want to see happen? ie. how do you measure success?
