Switching from $ to € - Pros and Cons?

Adsense is now suggesting that I switch my account to Euro. What are the pros and cons of doing this?

I switched mines to UK sterling last year and I'm glad I did. Working with the same currency makes life easier when it comes to keeping stats, setting goals etc. Working out exchange rates is one less thing task I need to worry about.

I changed last year, and it's only had positive effects on my bottom line. At the start it seemed bad, but I think that was really more currency fluctuations based and the fact that the $ amount was higher than the € amount.
