I've got that idea last spring, but start to create this project in end of January 2008 and still in progress. Catalog.ie cms is based on CodeIgniter framework.

Its nice actually - going through some directories can be hard on the eyes, but the graphical element is good.

You might want to clarify what size you want the logo's uploaded in or whether its automatically resized.

You need not catalogs of addresses, but to find SEO specialist. Not all backlinks is good and you have to know, what you doing, because you can not only raise on the google, but fall down...
