Signature & Avatar Upload

Hi...
I m new to this forum and i was just wondering I was tring to add a signature and avatar to my profile but I can't find a signature section in my settings or profile and my avatar upload button won't change from off to on...


Any suggestion is greatly appreciated..

ok just wondering..

one more thing some posts appear vertically on my screen which makes it impossible to read???.
