I usually see that message on an info:search if the Url has been banned or is not yet indexed, but I'm getting it for two sites where the "pages from the site" button returns "Results 1 - 10 of about XXX" with the home pages sitting on top.
What's odder still is they're both sites from an Irish web agency that featured in a recent Creative Ireland thread, and from what I can see info:search seems to be working normally.....
