Probably like a lot of people, the 'Youtube' acquisition forced me to look to the Internet for easy cash . I have been poking around doing this and that and not really made a lot of progress so far but hey I'm having fun :).

I have a new site to announce but the forum s/w won't let me create threads yet so I'll have to keep posting (hopefully that will unlabel me as a frontpage user also )

I have a few projects in the pipeline and I'm finding this site great for tips etc.

Hi I'm James

Hi, I'm James , how're ya. Just found this place at 3am last night and had a reminder in my inbox this morning that I had to take action or die!!!!

Can't remember how I got here now... Oh yea I got here by searching for ripe.ie. Was trying to remember the yahoo parametres for not reporting the back links of the site I was searching for and remembered seeing someone, doing it on a ripe.ie "rip into".

Anyway... nice wall paper, what' the craic?

Since the Boards forum is fairly quiet on such topics, I decided to join here. Thanks to Cr8or for placing the site link to this site in his signature. ;)

So, Hi :)

So, Hi :)

Welcome aboard. Yea, the "webmaster" (and flash?) board over on boards was a little.... quiet and sometimes too broad. Fair play to Michele for the gumption. IT has been a huge success.

Hi,
I'm Siasy (pronounce Shee-see) Collins, Editor and Publisher of EuropeanIrish.com, the site for Irish people heading to and living in Continental Europe.
I have recently moved from running this site as a hobby (since 2003), to managing it on a full-time commercial basis.
It is exhausting.
I started website development 10 yrs ago with a website for Paris Gaels GAA, then European GAA.

I've a new relaunch or EuropeanIrish.com coming out in the next few weeks.

Great forum here, I'm fascinated by the different revenue stream methods used by different websites and webmasters as well as the tips and traps being discussed here.

Hi

Just introducing myself to the forum. I'm a Dublin based web designer working in the city. I'm currently working on my personal page so i'll post that when ready. I'm working for a company but hoping to get alot more of my own work out there soon. I've been reading the forum for a while now so thought it was about time I joined up and contributed something.
