Hey Redfly and Forbairt,

Thanks for the welcome!
I live in between Vienna and Innsbruck - I come from Salzburg!
And have already travleled to Dublin and Galway - I like Cider, loved the Guiness we got at the brewery tour :D and was in Galway in September when there was a fair of marionettes. Was an amazing, open town (and as I was with an Irish friend, opening hours where not a trouble to us).

If you like cider you'll need to get to Brittany (north west of france) .. as its pretty amazing there not this bulmers / magners muck you get there

Hmm... I'm wondering what I was doing at the time as I missed it ... ( wonder was the Lambert Puppet Theatre there ??)

Opening hours are never a problem ... its the closing hours I've a problem with :p

Salzburg is nice to live - studying is much more interesting in Viena, Graz or Innsbruck (Salzburg does not have a "student culture").
Sure I know how Cidre ist tasting in the Bretagne :p Irish Cider - well, there are more memories around it, then just the mere taste.
My Galway trip was a few years ago, but they told us, that this event was a yearly one - maybe it was not marionettes only, but it was a nice atmosphere, because on some corners it seemed like you were transferred back to the medieval.

Salzburg is nice. I did the whole tourist thing there (up the cable car and to the bird sanctuary).

I lived in Konstanz last year for a year. Not too far from you ;)

Hi

Hi, I'm an administrator for a new energy rating company, and, although I didn't build our website, I did kinda design it. My search for tips on SEO has led me to this website. I am baffled by alot of the lingo so bear with me pls.(I didn't even know what SEO was until yesterday!!

So you visited the Fortress (I love to go up there at least once a year) - but, which bird sanctuary? The Falconry at Fortress Hohenwerfen? I truly deeply love Salzburg, but I always can learn from tourists.

Distance always depends - but as I remember it took us at least five hours on the car to get back from Konstanz  But it is really nice there, I visited a friend of mine who used to work at the University. So, you do speak German?

Hi to every 1

Hi everybody,
After reading a lot this forum I've decided to register as a user too.My name is Raul , I live in Balbriggan now ( after 7 years of city center Dublin -thanks God I'm out of there--he,he ) and my main "expertise "(?!) is domaining.
I'm running few websites - unprofessionaly I can say ( litemail.eu ; today.ie ; myalbum.es, pc0.eu etc..- hope this is not considered spam-) - so I try to learn more here about what it takes to be a "webmaster" -with your help,of course.
I'm afraid that's all the info for now so keep up the good work , cheers,
Raul.

Hi Everyone,

My name is Hazel. I'm an Admin on PetsIreland - a pet rescue/welfare chatboard and yesterday I renewed the domain/hosting package for the .net address for the board to move it from the invision server so finding this site is a godsend :D (despite how I actually got here).

I'm a bit out of my depth with this but it's ok - I've got a cunning plan :D

May as well make an introduction post I guess (thought I had already tbh )

I'm Michael... 'Goodshape' here and on Boards.ie, micflan on Twitter and a few other places, and have a personal/self-promotional website at Michael Flanagan (which is currently down for a re-working and re-design... hopefully go live with the new site next week!).

I've been tinkering with websites for as long as I can remember and have been calling it a profession for the past few years or so.

I'm passionate about good web design, love scripting good quality xHTML and CSS, enjoy and am proficient enough with PHP/MySQL to get most things going and generally just spend far too much time on the Internet.

Currently working freelance.

Hello everybody :)
