Hey guys,
I've had this site for years but I have done almost nothing with it in a long time. Despite this it still gets over 5000 unique hits a month even though its totally out of date etc - I think its got great potential to be good so I'm migrating it to wordpress and I'm going to start getting good content back on there and try to build it back up, hopefully try to get people to properly follow/subscribe to the blog etc too.
Before I do anything I'd appreciate any advice I can get from you guys on how best to do this. I need a good wordpress theme, one that incorporates advertising well - I'd like to have a go at making some money out of this - I've never put advertising on a site before so any advice is welcome.
I know wordpress fairly well and will be putting on the normal plugins for comments, sharing etc etc. Hope to integrate a forum too.
Any random bits of info or advice greatly appreciated. I might add some questions here as I go
