Convert .swf file?

Hi guys,
I need to convert a .swf file to .fla so I can add it to my video player on my site.

Is the only way to convert a .swf file to .fla by using Adobe? Because I don't have Adobe...:(

None of the free online convertors or ones you can download work at all...they're all fairly rubbish

you will need to find the original .fla file , converted swf files are fairly rubbish too.

Only one problem - there is no original .fla file

The file in question is this one:


I did the music for it, and the person who owns the file said she doesnt have the .fla file, just the .swf unfortunately... :(

Apparently she used a program called soundslider to make it which converts the file to a .swf file...I really want to add this to my portfolio which is a shame...
