Google Sitemap - Heads Up!

It seems Google changed the address for pinging from:

http://www.google.com/webmasters/sitemaps/ping?sitemap=

to

http://www.google.com/webmasters/tools/ping?sitemap=

You may need to update any software you are using to handle sitemaps etc.,

Cant see any mention of that from Google?

First address seems to still accept pings. Just got a response from
Successfully pinged Google at Google Webmaster Tools - Sitemap Notification Received

Someone posted about it on another forum and the logs from some of my sites were showing errors with the original URL...
