How does that model work for them - they pay £200 CPA and "£100 cashback after they have placed just 5 qualifying bets" - surely that just doesn't add up?

Are they still running that offer?

guess it works in the long-run .. people betting 500quid a month and losing it all pays for such things in the long run.. bear in mind that something like 90% of people that bet are long-term losers, and 95% of poker players are losing players.

These massive deals tend to come around once or twice a year, eg. during rugby world cup and the grand-national.

have a look on Commission junction etc if you are interested in checking out the biggest CPA deals - obviously if you have sh1tloads of traffic you can discuss custom CPA deals with these companies.... the affiliate managers are usually happy to gab on msn and discuss custom deals if you have massive referral potential

On a side issue, I've given up on CJ after having accounts terminated without explanation. I suspect it could be due to them being non-earners, but it would have been helpful to know.
