iTunes Hanging - can't use it

    On one of my Mac desktops I seem to have run into an odd issue

    iTunes was working perfectly

    It's now "hanging"

    It will appear to start and then just refuses to respond.

    Reboots and reinstalls don't seem to make any difference

    I've no idea where to even begin looking to fix this :(
