We have had a few chargebacks or dodgy order which we have cancel for fear of fraud, and I was just wondering what other E-commerce site in Ireland do to protect against fraud (bar 3d secure), and do you report every attempt to the police?
We had a chargeback about 9 months ago (lucky we were suspicious so did not deliver, we where proved right). We had an order a few weeks ago that seemed fine, no real alarm bells, just looked like a normal laser transaction, but the guy had used the same mobile number as the as the charge back from 9 months ago (different name, address order etc).
