Looking for a decent free press release site with SEO value

I've used SanePR before but have not had much success. Can anyone recommend a "dofollow" site that accepts press releases?

Free Press Release Distribution & Submission Service - there might be restrictions on links on the 100% free submissions, but the paid plans are very cheap compared to a lot of the others out there

Here are a couple more free press release sites that allow follow links. PR-inside and free press release center. Hope this helps. Just make sure your content is "press release" worthy and not just trying to spam your links.
