As stated in previous complaints, my package DID NOT come with instructions or software. I went to the BIC website (
Bic Pens .com - custom imprinted advertising specialties), but couldn't find drivers or instructions. I called the customer support and they said I was crazy and that I should stop calling! Can you imagine that!
After many many more calls, I finally received an RMA to return the pen, but I then found out the shipping for my 1 pen was outrageous because I ship everything overnight express. So I'm stuck with this hunk of crap.
I ended up just giving it to my nephew. Luckily, he knew what to do with it because his 3rd grade class apparently uses them all the time. He tried to teach me, but after hours of failure, frustration prevailed and I gave up.
