I use Realex Redirect, they handle the card info, i dont get involved, they authorise/store etc. Realex are 100% PCI compliant yet Elalvon want to charge me for PCI compliance- This Charge Is Utter BullSH1T as I have nothing to be compliant about. Realex Do.
THis is a 100% opportunistic charge, I have been penalised for not being PCI compliant for the past 5 months- this was new to me until today.
Am seriously thinking about ditching them as Paypal brings in x4 the orders than Realex does. (Nothing against Realex, but I have a serious issue with Evalon.)
Having speaking to them for 1/2 of today I am frustrated and no resolution yet, some of them appear not to even understand what redirect actually is. :blue::blue::blue::blue::blue:
