question from newbie

I've create an easy html page and I wanted to attach it to my website. But no one link doesn't to that new page.
The page's name is, christmas-ornaments.html
I think maybe the problem is this symbol, -

Could you send us an example of the html you wrote. In the mean time you could change the name of the page name to christmasornaments with out the "-" and check to see if you leave it out will it fix the problem.

'-' has never been a problem!

What I don't understand is the meaning of the phrase "But no one link doesn't to that new page."?.. Could anybody explain?..
