Simple DataFeed Scripts?

Can anyone recommend any simple datafeed scripts?

The kind of thing I'm trying to do is pull down data from a merchant but only display one category of product ...

I don't know any of the top of my head but it shouldn't be that hard to create something that suit you best.

Most feeds are CSV format and that can be either store in a DB for easy manipulation and filter, or stored as arrays and work through them as you wish (DB is my best option);
