Why does Google list extra info for some websites?

Anyone know how to get that kind of listing?

google deems these sites to be an authority on the subject i.e. eFax or adobe as in they probably have many links in with that anchor text.

Seriously, I'd say I answer this at least once a day.

They are called sitelinks. There is nothing you can do to get them, they are automatically assigned.

My guess is they are using alot of behavioural stuff when determining which sites get them.
