Wordpress Mods for Advertising

I'm trying to track down the best mods that are avialable for WP2.0 in relation to the placement of adverts both between posts and on the main navigation bar.

I have some expierence with phpadsnew and i'm wondering if there is a likewise system in place for Wordpress that can allow me to rotate between X amount of affilate programs?

Placement is usually a template thing, whereas the rotation would probably be best handled using something like phpadsnew
