Umbraco is an open source ASP.net based Content Management System. We've just inherited one from the UK and it seems to be a nightmare. You can't use shared hosting (it needs more open security) and it's difficult to create an offline version - seems that changes to Umbraco mean changes to db - therefore you can't just update your live version, you have to replace front and back end, which makes content versioning a nightmare.
