Not posting a url

I just tried to post on the coding forum but it told me I couldnt post a url until I had 10 posts so I took the url out of the post however it still gives me the same messege,

I even tried to copy and paste, relogin and it still says I am posting a url

As far as I know you need 10 posts before you can post a URL.
Maybe it was somehow cached ?
