Propery video spotlights

I want to add video spotlights to my real estate agent site! I wannna make something similar like in daft d o t ie, but I need to know how to make it,is it hard,how much designer and programmist could ask me for that, and what kinde of server as minimum I need to support nice video streaming quality and what I need to save the original quality on my server?

It depends what your developing the site in. There is a joomla component called seyret, which gives a nice video gallery. You can pull in video from youtube, google or your own hosted video. If you go for the pro version for $40 it allows you to replace the youtube/google logo with your own.
