Website not visible to client, but IS to everyone else - bizarre

Hi,

I'm completely stumped on a domain problem. One of my clients get a 'broken link' message when they try to access their own website (any page!), they can access any others that they try, but not their own! I can't work out what the problem is but I think it's something to do with the domain name.

I checked the hosting set up (Digiweb) and all is fine. The client is a school so they have a nanny software on their network, but their IT guy assures me that their domain isn't blocked. He said it's something to do with the fact that they are with Eircom broadband... It's a .ie domain.

Has anyone here come across this problem before and what oh what can it be?

If one of the ISPs still has an old set of DNS records that might explain your issue
