Which domains do you register?

Just out of interest .. Be interested to know which domain extensions people opt for when they're starting a new project / venture

There you go. I have never registered a .org and I have always been unsure about .biz - mostly because of the spammy sites I associate it with it (rightly or wrongly).

But I'm also sure that a few creative ideas could change people's minds on it. But it does sounds so cheesy / MLM / ePonzi Scheme!

There's over 200 to choose from at the moment if you include all the ccTLDs, so there's plenty of extensions I've never registered

I've registered most of the gTLDs except for the restricted ones such as .museum, .aero etc

It's restricted to the aeronautical industry, so you'll see a lot of airports and related companies using them.

The other thing I've noticed is geographic. You don't see many .travel domains in Ireland or the UK, but there's quite a few in other parts of the world .. again, though, they're restricted
