Embedding a video stored locally in Wordpress

Hi -

I have a requirement to embed a video on a Wordpress page and can't seem to find a simple plugin which works.

Does anyone have any experience of this in WP? Should be a simple job but I am not finding any plugins which seem to work.

For some reason I could never get that working...

Anyway, my problem is solved as the client has put the video on YouTube and that embeds fine.

I keep mine on Vimeo and their embed plugin works really nicely
for example Winnipeg Warming Huts 2011 | Architecture News & Discussion - Archiseek.com

Don't get me wrong - I use Youtube to post the videos to also - for the serendipitous user - but I embed from my Vimeo channel
