Just thought I'd post this because it has helped me of recent times get things done timely and effectively. The lecture was one of the last two given by Randy Pausch before he died last August due to a Long Term Illness.
It's 1hr and 17mins long, but in my opinion it was worth every minute I spent watching it. Haven't seen it posted before so I thought I'd link it now.
