I have a few posts on here...

Name is Paul O' Connor - do design in my spare time (primarily a software developer, my PHP is stronger than my design skills)..

Have a few products out there, namely www.yourpropertywebsite.com, a property CMS for Estate Agents and www.yourclubwebsite.com, a similar system for sports clubs.

Working on a couple of PHP-backed projects at the moment...

Like most on here, part-time only. Can't say I'm making a mint from it but it's a few bob extra.

Anyone on here at design/development full time and making it work?

Welcome to the site.
As you only part time but I love the challenge, that's what has me working with computers. They can be some pain at times but i can not say i don't love it.

SEO and sponsored links specialist looking for a job in Dublin

Hi ! :),

I'm a French project manager, in a SEO company in Paris.
I want to go back to Ireland (I already spend 9 month here studying), in a web agency or a SEO company.
I'm really experienced in SEO, and dealed with big selling websites and small companies, pure players and institutionnal sites.
In Sponseored links managment, I'm certified Google Adwords Professionnal, and manage big campaigns for international companies such as Renault, Roche, BMW, Coiolis Telecom, Neopost etc...

As an executive, I'm available on 3 months but this period could be reduced.

Hi Guys,

I just joined this morning. I'm relatively new to this game but learning fast. Actually now have a 'not what to do list' for people starting out in eCommerce and am willing to give any advise and help when I can.

Talk to you all soon, C.

Hi there,

I've been working on our website and eLearning tutorial with my brother Tom who is based in the states. It's taken us a long time to get past product development to end up with the final package - a simple interactive tutorial which immerses people in Japanese culture, the idea being that if a businessperson is off to Japan at a moment's notice, they will learn about the etiquette associated with visiting Japan. We never realised that the most arduous and challenging part would be the sales!! Talk about putting the cart before the horse! So SEO is one of the routes we're looking into right now.

Sinead :)

Hey,

I'm a commerce student in Nui Galway, staying here for the summer as well. Dabble in webdesign and development and SEO to make a bit of cash. I shouldn't really claim webdesign as I don't have a creative bone in my body as you can see this website which is my main money maker. Saw this link from boards.ie

Sick of listening to yanks on bigger webmaster forums, delighted i found this site

I’m Cormac, a karaoke liberator who causes electrical faults at bars and nightclubs at weekends to prevent people ridiculing themselves in public. I also just finished my degree in IT and I’m looking for a proper type job thing in...What’s that word...I’m looking for a word. Industry!

Although I have a diploma in multimedia too I’m crap at design and I'm only now getting into it properly. Liberty from the shackles of education has set my wheels in motion somewhat.

When I finish my designs and sites I’ll post them up for the obligatorily finger pointing and general bemusement of the members here. Heaven knows when that will be as I’m a bit fond of the ol’ procrastination.

Later Alligators
